Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Sweden usually takes 2–4 business days, and 4–8 business days within the rest of the EU. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping within Sweden is 49 SEK, and free on orders over 599 SEK. Rates for other countries are calculated at checkout.
Returns
You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Sealed packs must be intact — for food safety reasons we cannot accept opened supplements. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged or is missing from your order, email hello@anaimi.se with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
